Commodore - Paul Adam Oversees all fleet planning and operations. Serves as main liaison to Cottage Park. |

Vice Commodore - Linda Epstein Responsible for marketing and fleet development. Leader of fleet in case Commodore goes MIA. |

|
|
|
|
Rear Commodore - Emily Drowne Oversees maintenance of hut and boats (crash boats and club IC) and other equipment. |
|
|
|
|
|
Secretary - Michael Birmann Records, reports, and tabulates race results. Maintains by-laws and historical records. Works with Communications Chair. |
|
|
|
|
|
Treasurer - Andy Crocker & Julie Shea Maintain finances, collect dues, pay bills, presently holders of Steve's brass knuckles. |
|
|
|
|
|
Fleet Captain- Erik Goethert Responsible for season schedule, annual regattas, trophies, and clinics. Works closely with Social Chair. |
|
|
|
|
|
Crew Yenta - Scott Tarpley Finds crew for skippers left crewless; finds drivers for crews left rudderless. Works with anyone who asks. |
|
|
|
|
|
Race Committee - Ellen Pratt Ensures weekly race committee coverage with volunteers and fleet members. Works closely with Rear Commodore. |
|
|
|
|
|
Communications Chair - Gaelen Phyfe Responsible for newsletter and related information gathering. Works with Secretary. |
|
|
|
|
|
Social Chair - Stephanie Baldock Oversees food duty and social events. Works with Fleet Captain(s). |

|
|
|
|
Webmaster - Jan Walker Manages fleet website and disavows connection with Email list-serve (ask Steve). |

|
|
Technical Chair - John Pratt Oversees measurement for the fleet, both boat and sails. Call him well ahead of time to arrange for weigh-in or measuring. 617-253-4884. Represents fleet in the IC Technical Committee. |
