Coming from the West? |

| If north & west (e.g. Arlington), Rt 16 East will take you to Rt 60 and hence to 1A. Then follow directions from Points North. |
| If south & west (e.g. Wellesley), I-95 and the Mass Pike will get you to 93N and the Callahan Tunnel. Then follow directions from Points South. |

From Peabody, Rt 128, or Points North |
| Make your way on Rt 128 (a.k.a. I-95) to Route 1 South. |
| Continue south until you see signs "Best Route to Logan" and take that exit at Rt 60 in the airport direction. |
| Determinedly follow the airport signs through various rotaries and traffic lights. You are heading for Route 1A. |
| Do not be fooled by an early Rt 145 exit sign which tempts you to Revere. |
| On 1A, continue through Revere past all the malls, until almost at the airport (you see long-term parking lots etc). |
| Turn left from 1A at the traffic light for Rt 145 to Winthrop. |
| Go straight through to a confusing traffic circle. Go the equivalent of left and head up the rise on Saratoga towards the bridge. |
| Cross the bridge and head for the club on the final leg of the course. |
From Boston and Points South |
| Get yourself onto I-93, heading north towards Boston. |
| Exit from 93 to take the Callahan Tunnel, following signs for Logan Airport. |
| Stay to the left out of the tunnel and continue on Route 1A past the wide ramps to the airport. |
| Take the very first exit, which comes up fast, described as "to Rt 145" to Winthrop. |
| At the bottom of the ramp, go left and another curve left, then merge R onto Bennington Street. |
| Travel on Bennington until you have passed a big pedestrian bridge with T signs, up a rise to a stop light. |
| Now head for the club on the final leg of the course. |
The Home Stretch |
| At a classic MA 5-way corner, take the turn that takes you onto the bridge (Saratoga Street, a.k.a. Route 145 N). |
| Continue straight along and across a causeway into Winthrop. |
| Take the first possible right onto Pleasant Street (still Route 145 north). |
| Follow the main road (it curves); five blocks past a traffic light take the right onto Bartlett Road. |
| Take the right fork and then turn left at the T-intersection where you face the ocean. |
| One more block to a T-intersection puts the yacht club on your right. |
| Important: Yacht club members turn right to park; everyone else turns left and scrambles for a place on the street. Go around again if necessary, turning left at the stop sign to get back onto Bartlett. The "circle" is a triangle with three one-way blocks as sides. |
