Eligibility and Entry: This Regatta is open to all R& D Thistle Class boats that possess a valid measurement certificate. Current membership in the TCA is required for all skippers. Completed entry forms must be received by the organizing authority by June 30, 2004 or be subject to a $10 late fee. A registration form is included with this Notice of Race. Schedule of Events:
Fees and Registration: $35 U.S. Sailing Association Members; $40 Non-Members (Late Registration after July 7, 2004- $45/$50) Sailing Instructions: Sailing Instructions will be available at Registration Racing Area: The racing area will be outside of the Boston Harbor in Broad Sound between the Nahant and Winthrop Peninsulas or inside of the Boston Harbor. Courses: The courses to be sailed will be described in the Sailing Instructions. Scoring: The low point Scoring System, Appendix A of the RRS will be used. There will be no-"throw-outs". Five races are scheduled, of which one shall constitute a regatta. Prizes: Will be awarded to the top 5 competitors.
