These are the newly adopted guidelines by the Board of Directors in regards to the use of the Pilot House.  Please note that these guidelines are not all-inclusive of the rules governing the Pilot House and are subject to change at any time.

 

                    Pilot House

 

 

 

GUIDELINES

1.    Outside food can no longer be brought into the Pilot House. Members who wish to order food from another establishment are welcome to eat in the function hall or on the Sun Deck, but please not in the Pilot House.

 

2.    Take-out orders are welcome, but only if placed in person at the Pilot House bar. At this time we cannot accept phone orders.

 

3.    An automatic 15% service charge will be added to the FOOD portion of your tab. Feel free to adjust this gratuity, especially if your tab includes other purchases in the Pilot House.

 

4.    Children under eighteen (18) are permitted in the Pilot House under the following conditions:

 

a.    Children are permitted to only eat at the tables in the Pilot House, on the Sun Deck, or in the function hall with parent or chaperoning adult accompanying them at all times. The adults must sit at the same table as their children.

b.    Children are not permitted to approach or sit at the bar itself, per MA law.

c.     Children must leave the Pilot House by 7:00 PM. In accordance with this guideline, all food orders for members and guests with children must be placed no later than 6:15 PM.

d.    For safety reasons, strollers and carriages are not permitted in the Pilot House.

e.    Parents and chaperoning adults are responsible for adhering to these guidelines.

 

We ask that you please be patient with all of our devoted staff as we implement this new program. Any suggestions, comments or issues regarding these guidelines can be sent to the Commodore, Board of Directors or our Club Manager.
